ABOUT OUR GALLERIES
Our Photo Galleries are categorised and displayed via Dropbox folders.
It is not necessary to have Dropbox account to view the photos.
Please notify us immediately if you believe any copyright has been infringed and we will remove the offending image(s) promptly.
Where possible we will credit the source of all photographs - please contact us if we have missed any source.
The NSW Department of Mineral Resources kindly opened up their extensive collection of historic coal mining photographs with permission to use on our our original website. The collection included photographs that had never been published.
We were extremely grateful to the Department for their generous contribution as it allowed us to provide some rare and interesting images for the education and interest of the local and world-wide coal mining communities.
Other individuals have also donated their interesting historical photographs from private collections for inclusion in the gallery and these people are also acknowledged below. If you have some photographs you would like to submit, please let us know.
