Corrimal Colliery - taken over by AIS in March.

Corrimal Colliery & Kemira Colliery connected by barrier bin. Corrimal incline closed.

Metropolitan Colliery - purchased by AIS

Kemira Colliery - May/June first successful installation of fully mechanised retreating longwall

Sth Bulli Colliery - Longwall unit installed

Bulli Colliery - Nov. 9th, fire u/g, 4 died.

O'Brien's Drift - coal haulage commenced on 9/5/66

Huntley Colliery - first export order using temporary washery

Metropolitan Colliery - mechanisation completed

1967 ~

Corrimal Colliery - August, commenced hauling coal via Kemira Colliery

Mt. Kembla Colliery - Front end loaders introduced - not successful

Dombarton Colliery - commences, (equipment transferred to Yellow Rock Colliery, 1971)
